Job Summary:

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a skilled PC Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our PC operating systems, software applications, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide PC operating system, software application support, and hardware support to all end users per Help Desk procedures.
  • Assess users' needs and make recommendations to the Helpdesk/Desktop Lead on hardware platforms and PC software applications to meet required needs.
  • Install operating systems and software applications on PCs, and coordinate the replacement or repair of PCs, printers, and modems.
  • Maintain documentation on all PCs in the hospital and satellite offices.
  • Set up modems and communications software to all satellites and physicians' offices.
  • Assist the Computer Operations area when Operations personnel are not available.
  • Develop an implementation plan with each user to ensure proficiency on the use of PC applications.
  • Help users design their work areas to support the use of their PCs in their work environment.
  • Maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in PC support break/fix.
  • Able to handle some troubleshooting issues with telecommunications.

  • Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members
  • Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
  • Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
  • Experience With Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Etc.

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

Compensation:

Starting at: USD $25.11/Hr.
