Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Operate various types of machinery, including mills and lathes, to produce high-quality parts.
  • Tooling and Fixture Setup: Set up and maintain tooling and fixtures to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  • Quality Control: Verify settings and measurements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Machining Experience: Experience with mills and lathes, as well as other types of machinery.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in extreme temperatures.
  • Safety: Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift Work: Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
