Job Summary:
TDL Staffing, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and customer service-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical treatment clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming smile
• Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collect and verify patient information

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or medical office role
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour based on experience
