**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform all phases of software development, including design, implementation, testing, integration, maintenance, and software release for our spectroscopy product portfolio.
* Participate in code, design, and test plan reviews.
* Collaborate within the Agile development methodologies and promote best techniques.
* Collaborate with your team to plan and complete software features for new products.
* Use your knowledge of spectroscopy to design software and algorithms that interact with FT-IR, NIR, and Raman spectrometers and microscopes.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field.
* 5+ years of experience in software product development.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft development environments, including C# and the.NET Framework.
* Strong software development skills with a focus on scientific instrumentation.
* Interest in science and knowledge of basic scientific principles.
* Knowledge of spectroscopy and spectrometers.
* Familiarity with agile software development concepts and tools, such as JIRA.
* Desire and ability to work in a software team that is part of a multi-disciplinary development effort.
* Highly motivated teammate with a desire for continuous learning.
