Software Development Engineer II

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer II to join our innovative team at Yahara Software in Madison, Wisconsin. This full-time position involves working on multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering project objectives on time. Key responsibilities include planning, full-stack development, analysis, software design, coding, testing, installation, and supporting clients through the implementation process. Our company operates under an Agile Development Methodology and is a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner.
Requirements:
3-5 years of software development experience using Microsoft development technologies. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and ability to write clean code in C#. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong background in software design and development concepts. Microsoft or Amazon certification is a plus. Self-starter with a passion for software development and desire to develop quality solutions. Ability to understand and communicate customer requirements. Experience working in an Agile Development Methodology environment.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft .NET Framework, C#.Net 8.0, Modern JavaScript Framework, JavaScript/TypeScript, Webpack, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, and other relational databases. Nice to Have Skills: MongoDB, Cloud Platforms, Web Service/API development, Network architectures, DevOps tools, Client Server and Web Development experience, Professional certifications.
