Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team to achieve the boutique's collective target.
  • Organizing and prioritizing the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall customer experience.
  • Providing assistance as needed in inventory preparation.
  • Processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support of after-sales service.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
  • Complying with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship development and communication skills, be even-tempered, and able to continuously multi-task. Self-starters and those able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team are highly valued.
