Facilities Operations Specialist

Job Title: Facilities Services Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Services Specialist to join our team at WTW inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an integrated set of support programs and services to colleagues and contingent workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Global Facilities Services Model within assigned offices
- Manage office support resources, limiting operating costs and mitigating risks
- Provide management of local office support teams, including feedback on performance and goal setting
- Build strong relationships with office leadership and corporate function colleagues to identify local business requirements and develop support solutions
- Leverage financial and analytical skills to effectively manage the Facilities Services function
- Strive for service excellence and process improvement, championing initiatives that improve profitability and service levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and branding
- Advocate and role model WTW values
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college/university degree preferred
- Proficiency in technology, including MS Office and MS Teams
- Customer service orientation and strong desire to deliver value-added support
- Subject matter expertise in facilities management and office support operations
- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, training, and motivating colleagues
- Proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Effective influencing skills and ability to impact key stakeholders
