POSITION OBJECTIVE
The objective of this role is to guarantee client satisfaction through the provision of high-quality care and effective care coordination, ensuring prompt initiation of services and minimizing disruptions due to cancellations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Team Lead is accountable to the Agency Director and plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and caregivers. The responsibilities encompass a wide range of interactions with both caregivers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- At least 18 years of age
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- No criminal record that would impede employment
- Ability to handle a physical workload, including prolonged periods of standing or sitting
- Capability to adapt to various housing conditions
- Availability to work at least every other weekend
- Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation in good condition
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in caring for individuals with functional disabilities and a current CNA certification
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team Lead will:
- Perform caregiver duties as assigned.
- Conduct training for caregivers in a mentoring capacity.
- Assist in the delivery of supplies and documentation to field staff as necessary.
- Carry out supervisory visits to ensure client satisfaction and communicate necessary updates to the Care Manager.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Fulfill other related responsibilities as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Requirements
The Team Lead will spend considerable time in both office settings and clients' homes. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, drive a vehicle, and remain seated or standing for extended periods.

The position involves working in a busy office or clients' homes, often facing interruptions and engaging with others regularly.
Mental Demands
The Team Lead will encounter a diverse range of people and caregiver/client issues on a daily basis.
WORK SCHEDULE
Standard hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with two days off during the week every other week and every other weekend. Occasional evening work may be required, and on-call duties will be part of the role.
