About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their health and well-being, and making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, answering call lights, and responding to alarms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a positive teammate, helping to onboard new staff members and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date on the latest care practices and technologies.

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
