Director Practice 1 Job Description

St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Director Practice 1 to lead our Surgical Subspecialty team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, organizational culture, and clinical variation.
  • Partner with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance access to care, quality outcomes, and patient experiences.
  • Drive performance improvements and strategic growth while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

As a Director Practice 1, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration for clinics, programs, and services. You will implement business plans, create clear operational plans, and oversee marketing, facilities, technology, human resources, finance, and patient care.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6 years' experience.
  • No licenses or certifications required.
