Position Overview

Join a passionate organization dedicated to empowering youth in their transition to independence. Youth Homes is seeking a Transitional Living Services Manager to lead our efforts in supporting young individuals aged 15-21 who are transitioning out of the foster care system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of youth, ensuring personalized support and guidance.
  • Facilitate enrollment, comprehensive assessments, and the development of transitional living plans.
  • Coordinate essential services and support to help youth achieve educational and employment goals, secure stable housing, and develop vital life skills.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
