Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team. As a CNA at Premier Washington, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents, while promoting their dignity and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of nursing care to patients and residents, including assistance with daily living activities and medical procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient or resident.
  • Ensure that patients and residents receive the highest levels of care and service, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
  • Previous experience as a CNA in an acute care or long-term care setting is highly desirable.
  • Current certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of PA.
