Position Overview

Under the guidance of a senior attorney and with the assistance of a dedicated team of paralegals, the associate will oversee the firm's EOIR Immigration Court cases from initiation to resolution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting written pleadings, relevant motions, and requests for prosecutorial discretion.
  • Coordinating document collection and reviewing all EOIR submissions prior to filing.
  • Preparing clients for hearings and representing them during these proceedings.
  • Keeping the team informed about EOIR protocols and updates.

Additionally, this role will involve managing a segment of the firm's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) caseload, specifically cases that necessitate interviews, such as applications for status adjustment and naturalization.

The associate attorney will be exposed to a diverse range of immigration law facets, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
