We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and optimize C++ developer productivity by designing, building, maintaining, and promoting a suite of core tools, frameworks, and build systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance core build systems and tooling (e.g., Bazel, CMake, Conan, Jenkins)
  • Promote developer efficiency and productivity through innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate expertise in C++ and Linux
  • Develop a strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, networks, and performance optimization
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with C++ and Linux
  • Passion for improving developer productivity
What We Offer

A base salary range of $200,000-$300,000, accompanied by discretionary bonus eligibility.
