Position Overview: Pharmacy Data Analyst

In collaboration with the contracting and technology teams, your responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluating the financial implications of various Evio initiatives and strategic partnerships through best-practice modeling.
  • Developing standard reporting outputs, models, and tailored summaries to support Evio's investor plans and internal teams.
  • Identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions based on insights derived from your analyses.
  • Facilitating the ingestion and standardization of critical medical drug rebate data from Evio's investor plans.
  • Conducting thorough reconciliations of medical drug rebate data submissions and related invoicing and payment reports.
  • Collaborating with the contracting team to manage relationships with third parties involved in medical drug rebate processing.
  • Working independently and efficiently in your role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, statistics, finance, or information systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data analyst within a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) or health plan.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, along with experience in business analytics or modeling tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with medical claims data and/or medical drug rebates.
  • Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank, as well as medical coding systems (HCPCs, CPTs).
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing large, complex databases and process automation.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Evio is dedicated to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects the value of our team members and helps attract and retain top talent aligned with our mission and values.
