Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our health care team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As an RN in the ICU, you will work closely with other health care professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, and make decisions that impact patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health care professionals to ensure that care is patient-centered and culturally sensitive.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current/Active Florida RN License or Compact License
- Associates degree in Nursing
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification
