About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our team at Kensington Healthcare Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services to residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address residents' medical needs, ensuring comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Assist with nutritional planning and implementation, aligning with established care plans.
Requirements
  • Degree: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification: GNA certification in the State of Maryland is mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Restorative Programming is essential.
  • Additional Certification: Restorative Aide Certification is preferred.
  • Work History: Must have a good work history.
  • Availability: Ability to work every other weekend is required.
