**Job Description:**
We are looking for caring and compassionate LPNs to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and providing basic care to patients. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.

**Requirements:**
