Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Kensington. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising nursing personnel, coordinating care delivery, and maintaining high standards of professional practice. If you have a passion for gerontological nursing and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure quality care is delivered
- Coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs and preferences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements
- 2-3 years clinical experience, with preference given to those with experience in gerontological nursing and working with dementia populations
- Current LPN/LVN state license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
