Key Responsibilities
  • Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, maintaining metrics to drive analysis and improvement in all areas of Production Services
  • Create and enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practices and standards
  • Takes ownership of escalations, performs troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills
  • Performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in planning, installing, designing, and supporting new and existing equipment and software under moderate supervision
Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, including Linux/Unix, SQL scripting, Oracle DB, Cloud technology, and experience with Splunk, Interscope, and AppDynamics application Programming Interface (API) integration.

A strong understanding of Incident Management and Problem Management, Triage management, and effective technical trouble shooting is also essential.
