The Collision Center Technician plays a crucial role in executing vehicle body repairs and part replacements according to dealership and manufacturer specifications. This position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Collision Center Estimators to determine necessary repairs and ensure they meet customer expectations.
  2. Conduct all phases of body and frame repair work in alignment with estimates and manufacturer guidelines.
  3. Prepare vehicles adequately for body repair processes.
  4. Verify parts against estimates and ensure accurate ordering and receipt of components.
  5. Inform Estimators of any additional repairs required and address any issues that may hinder the quality of work or affect the timeline.
  6. Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  7. Utilize and maintain all required personal safety equipment, including respirators, as per manufacturer recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of experience in auto body repair.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
