The Collision Center Technician plays a crucial role in executing vehicle body repairs and part replacements according to dealership and manufacturer specifications. This position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Collision Center Estimators to determine necessary repairs and ensure they meet customer expectations.
- Conduct all phases of body and frame repair work in alignment with estimates and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare vehicles adequately for body repair processes.
- Verify parts against estimates and ensure accurate ordering and receipt of components.
- Inform Estimators of any additional repairs required and address any issues that may hinder the quality of work or affect the timeline.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Utilize and maintain all required personal safety equipment, including respirators, as per manufacturer recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in auto body repair.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
