Ressler Motors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collision Technician Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our Collision Center, you will assist in the repair and restoration of vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Collision Center Estimators to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
  • Perform body and frame repair work according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare vehicles for repair, including disassembly and cleaning.
  • Verify parts against estimates and ensure proper ordering and receipt.
  • Communicate effectively with Estimators and other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Valid Driver License and clean driving record.
Compensation:

$18-22/hour
