Job Summary

As a Hospice Aide at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and other health care needs of patients, adhering to the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values of Carroll Hospice and Carroll Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and other health care needs of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse
  • Work as a para-professional to deliver services in accordance with the Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families, both orally and in writing
  • Adapt to changes in schedules, assignments, and geographical locations
Requirements
  • Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required
  • Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred
