Position Summary: Responsible for verifying that raw materials have successfully passed quality control inspections before usage. Load materials into machinery to produce components of a finished product or the complete product itself. Ensure that the materials utilized are compatible with the machinery and the item being manufactured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required safety equipment.
- Comply with the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008).
- Assist in achieving daily production targets.
- Understand the machine's capabilities for effective production.
- Ensure machinery is calibrated for optimal performance.
- Follow operational guidelines for machinery use.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of the workspace.
- Be available for overtime as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in operating various types of machinery.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Work Environment:
- Standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 60 pounds).
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 4:00pm
