Salary: $48,000 - $56,000 per annum

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Property Manager to oversee an 81-unit subsidized senior high-rise community. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the building, fostering tenant relations, and supervising maintenance personnel. Familiarity with Section 8 and HUD housing regulations is highly desirable.

  • Foster positive relationships with residents

Essential Skills for Success:

  • Experience in affordable housing (Project Based Section 8 and HUD)
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in software applications such as RealPage/Onesite, Google Programs, and office equipment
  • Effective people management skills to create a positive work atmosphere
  • Financial acumen to handle rents, collections, and budgeting

Requirements for the Property Manager Position:

  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
