About the Role

In this role, you will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services, collaborate with subject matter experts, and support a patient-first philosophy. You will work closely with the management team to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Manage nursing staff and coordinate patient care
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
  • ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse license in TX or compact license
  • Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
  • 1+ years of applicable experience
