Position Summary:We are in search of a proficient and enthusiastic HVAC Service Technician with 2-4 years of practical experience to enhance our expanding team. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ensuring peak performance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Diagnostics: Execute detailed diagnostic procedures to pinpoint and rectify system failures, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant challenges.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear insights regarding repairs, maintenance, and system recommendations.
  • Record Keeping: Diligently document service activities, including parts utilized, labor hours, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and local building codes, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with fellow technicians and support staff, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Certifications: EPA and RMGA Certification.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work on diverse HVAC systems.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment, with a solid grasp of HVAC principles and practices.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Driving Credentials: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
