As a Security Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing electronic and physical security systems, including alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service electronic and physical security systems, including alarm systems, access control, and video surveillance.
  • Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with security systems.
  • Conduct site surveys to identify security system needs and recommend solutions.
  • Test and commission security systems to ensure proper performance and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and management to provide updates on job status and completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit reports as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in electronic and physical security service and installation.
  • Knowledge of Bosch, DMP, March DVR, 3VR, and/or Lenel Access control product lines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to a week if necessary.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
