Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Somerby Sandy Springs. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and attractive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
  • Complete general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
  • Respond promptly to resident's maintenance requests.
  • Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • HVAC Certified Preferred.
  • CPR Certified.
