Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, maintain, and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial establishments throughout the South Plainfield, NJ area.

- Represent Encore positively and professionally while interacting with clients, both directly and indirectly.

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Exhibit a strong work ethic and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma is required; industry experience is preferred.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, along with a willingness to travel within New York.

- Strong attention to detail is essential.

- Ability to comprehend complex blueprints and possess solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with national fire codes is advantageous.

- Comprehensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and the associated tools is required.

- Capability to work in diverse conditions, including heights of 30 feet or more, and in adverse weather.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

- Experience with lift operations and OSHA regulations is preferred.

- NICET certification is a plus.

- Candidates should have an interest in the construction industry and experience with hand tools; proficiency in reading blueprints and operating machinery is beneficial.
