Director of Valuation Services

Moss Adams is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Valuation Services team. As Director of Valuation Services, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and managing a team of valuation experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of valuation experts, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics required; MBA preferred
  • CPA, ABV, CFA, or ASA designation preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience required
  • Demonstrated practice management skills and practice development success
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • Team player and deadline-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Compensation Range: $207,000 - $325,000 (Washington State), $222,000 - $350,000 (California State), $207,000 - $309,000 (Colorado State)
