Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor/BCBA plays a crucial role in supporting individuals aged 2-21 and their families. This position involves coordinating and implementing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, conducting functional analyses and assessments, and developing strategies for behavior acquisition and reduction, as well as enhancing adaptive life skills. The role requires travel for in-home and educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with all BHCOE and BACB standards.
  • Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans.
  • Design programs and teaching plans using Central Reach.
  • Oversee and mentor ABA therapists.
  • Facilitate on-the-job training and program modeling.
  • Engage in parent training and collaboration.
  • Establish appropriate goals and objectives.
  • Develop curriculum, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and RBT training materials.
  • Utilize assessments such as Vineland III, PBBDI, and FAST.
  • Analyze and review data effectively.
  • Provide direct services as required.
  • Supervise BCBA students, offering opportunities for direct and indirect hours.
  • Meet billing expectations consistently.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Proficiency in developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with BACB ethics and policies.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Effective communication with staff and management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development (CEUs provided by Aspire).
  • Ability to work with clients exhibiting high levels of aggression.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods (30 minutes or more).
  • Capability to maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for a third of the working time.
