Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our newest brand, Wide Open, and support email marketing for sister company Darn Tough Vermont. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, manage projects and budgets, oversee content calendars, and ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple marketplaces to deliver strong returns on investment in conjunction with media agencies.
  • Collaborate with our Insights team and paid media agency to refine our audience strategy and feed learnings to Brand and Content teams to ensure audience alignment and resonance.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and drive customer retention through implementing and optimizing email, SMS, search engine, affiliate, social media, programmatic, OOH, and other marketing channels.
  • Develop cross-channel, data-driven campaigns and establish growth strategies to drive traffic, engage consumers, support brand positioning, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with our eCommerce, Creative, and Insights teams to create and activate optimized content, strategic A/B testing, and seamless onsite/offsite experiences across the customer journey and lifecycle.
  • Report on budget, audience, campaign, and business performance data to monitor commercial impacts, identify trends, and uncover areas for improvement and experimentation.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years' progressive experience planning, coordinating, and delivering successful media and marketing programs.
  • Experience with Meta's Business Manager and email marketing platforms is mandatory.
  • Experience growing young brands or startups preferred.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to contribute to a team.
  • Thorough understanding of digital media & data-driven marketing.
  • Understanding of KPIs, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience building plans and strategies for both prospect and customer audiences.
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, web content management system, and web analytics.
  • Flexible nature to manage competing and changing priorities.
