- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with physicians and other staff members to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with billing, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards, ensuring the security and integrity of patient information.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computerized medical office software.

This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
