Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, manage patient flow, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with physicians and other staff members to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with billing, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
