Facility Maintenance Associate

The Facility Housekeeper is a vital member of the U-Haul team, responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment at our facilities. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and tidy, including storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
- Dispose of trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Track and manage cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a team-oriented setting. The Facility Housekeeper may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, or gloves, to ensure a safe working environment.
Physical Demands:
The work requires moderate physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds is also required. U-Haul is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
