Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

At US Oncology, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals in our oncology department.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and assessing patient needs
  • Leading and managing a team of nursing professionals
  • Developing and implementing patient care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient health status and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
  • Leading and managing a team of nursing professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Registered Nurse Supervisor must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • A valid RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 2 years of experience in oncology nursing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
