Design the Future of Logistics

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Innovation and Design Engineer to join our team in Nashville. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative logistics systems for global operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization to design approval
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering or related field
  • Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics
  • Proficiency in business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
  • Ability to travel 20% globally
