Job Opportunity:
LPN Charge Nurse
Starting Pay:
Competitive rates up to $37 per hour, based on experience.
Differentials Offered:
Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Weekend Differential:
$2.50 for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
Additional Shifts Differential:
Extra $5.00/hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours.

Responsibilities:
The LPN Charge Nurse is essential in planning, executing, and supervising nursing services for assigned residents. This role includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.
Key Duties:
- Efficiently plans and delivers professional care aligned with residents' needs and the evolving medical landscape.
- Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
- Accurately documents critical information related to resident care.
- Administers prescribed medications and ensures precise record-keeping in accordance with facility policies.
Requirements:
- Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player with prior experience in long-term care preferred.
Additional Expectations:
All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
