Job Overview

At Hyatt, we strive to provide exceptional service to our guests, and we're looking for a skilled Reservations and PBX Agent to join our team.

This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, processing guest requests, and providing information about our hotel and surrounding area. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest requests and relay messages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create new reservations and assist with room assignments.
  • Work with other staff members to ensure guest rooms meet their requests and hotel standards.
  • Research and resolve disputed charges for guests.
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Collect and post payments to group accounts or guest rooms.

Wage Information: The salary range for this position is $20.29 to $26.00 per hour, with a starting hourly rate of $20.29.
