Job Summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zone Sales Manager to join our team in the York, NE region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
  • Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
  • Demonstrates products and points out salable features.
  • Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.
  • Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
  • Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
  • Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
