Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development: Create and implement engaging STEAM-based lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communication: Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and STEAM instruction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
- Experience: At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool; experience teaching STEM or STEAM programs in an early childhood setting strongly preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: $27.80 per hour.
