Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Partner with parents, center staff, and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
