Pulmonology Advanced Practice Clinician

Major Health Partners is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our team of Pulmonary Specialists in Shelbyville, IN.

As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive specialized care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
You will stay informed and up-to-date on evidence-based care standards and practices as they relate to the care of respiratory patients.
Maintain all requirements for board certification and continuing education expectations.
Collaborate with the entire healthcare team to ensure that the comprehensive care plan is integrated, implemented, and managed so that patient outcomes are optimized.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive specialized care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on evidence-based care standards and practices as they relate to the care of respiratory patients.
- Maintain all requirements for board certification and continuing education expectations.
- Collaborate with the entire healthcare team to ensure that the comprehensive care plan is integrated, implemented, and managed so that patient outcomes are optimized.
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA university-based educational program.
- Current license in the State of Indiana.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
