Position Overview:

As a Facility Maintenance Worker at Bobrick, you will play a vital role in upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our premises. This position is essential in fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
  • Executing routine cleaning tasks in break rooms, communal spaces, restrooms, outdoor areas, smoking zones, office environments, stairwells, elevators, and coffee stations throughout the day according to the established cleaning schedule.
  • Restocking coffee stations with necessary supplies; preparing the initial coffee for the day at all designated coffee stations.
  • Collecting and disposing of recycling materials and waste as required throughout the facility.
  • Sanitizing door knobs, faucets, handles, lobby areas, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
  • Replenishing janitorial closets as necessary and organizing the main janitorial supply area.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed, including setting up training rooms for scheduled events, arranging food services for special occasions, and addressing spills promptly.
  • Assisting with custodial duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience is preferred, with familiarity in custodial practices and equipment.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to learn and navigate the company's software systems, demonstrating basic skills in MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, and MS Excel.
