Join our dedicated team at Catholic Social Services of Washtenaw County, where we are actively seeking skilled therapists to expand our Behavioral Health Services department in response to the growing needs of our community.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions for fully licensed LMSW or Ph.D. psychologists who specialize in providing individual, family, marital, substance abuse, and group therapy. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of post-MSW professional experience in an outpatient context, demonstrating a strong capability to deliver effective, short-term, solution-oriented treatment. LLMSW candidates may be considered on an individual basis.

Our organization provides flexible scheduling and a manageable caseload, along with a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

  • Competitive hourly wages with benefits, adjusted according to caseload (prorated based on FTE).
  • An outstanding benefits plan with employer contributions, generous paid time off, and an additional 14 paid holidays each year.
  • High-quality weekly supervision for LLMSW positions, aiding in the pursuit of your LMSW.
  • Eligibility for a welcome bonus of $1,250.00 (certain conditions apply).

To qualify for benefits, candidates must maintain the minimum required caseload and FTE.
