Program Director for Personalized Living Services

We are currently seeking an Adult Family Home Program Manager (on-site) for our 24-hour customized living home in Stillwater, MN.
The Program Manager oversees and manages the operations and activities of the residents and their home to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies that apply. To provide a need-led service by adopting a person-centered approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth, and gives each person the strongest voice with regard to decision-making and lifestyle choices.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead by example, in a positive working environment and develop effective teams within the Home.
- Provide regular supervision and annual appraisal to staff in line with the agency's procedures and standards.
- To ensure good quality working relationships are built and maintained between staff and the individuals they are supporting.
- Program Manager Training.

- Housing Policy & Procedures.
- An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Understanding and implementation of state and federal regulations.

- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
- One year of supervisory experience in personal care services or in a related program.
- Insurance is available to all FT staff working 32+ hours each week.
- 60% employer contribution towards Insurance premiums.
- Paid Time Off for all employees.
- The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience.
