COORS Leadership Capital is looking for an Interim Director of Hospital and Ambulatory Finance.


The Interim Director is responsible for preparation of individual and consolidated clinic financials, budget preparation and variance analysis; audit liaison and audit work papers; clinic charge master; internal control; statistical information; liaison with all clinical department managers; representative on compliance committees requiring financial liaison; and assistance with projects of the Chief Financial Officer.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA and/or master’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in increasing responsible financial positions in a healthcare of related organization with demonstrated experience in supervising activities and operating.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of financial accounting, generally accepted accounting principles and internal accounting controls as well as general knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Must have an ability to organize, delegate and supervise professionals as well as clerical staff.
