We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Cattleshed Wine & Steak bar in Alpharetta's Halcyon center. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and portion control procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and maintain accurate records of food preparation and storage.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in kitchen management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
