Job Overview

As a key player in our Refrigeration Division at Acess Global, you will leverage your expertise in the installation, upkeep, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and HVAC systems. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, executing preventative maintenance, and initiating equipment startups. We are seeking a licensed Refrigeration Technician with over 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC/R, particularly with large-scale equipment such as chillers, boilers, and VRFs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, equipment repair, and field service operations.
  • Supervise the daily functions of the HVAC/R service division.
  • Ensure prompt and effective servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC/R systems.
  • Diagnose complex technical challenges and offer guidance to service technicians.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of HVAC/R technicians.
  • Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and ongoing education.
  • Communicate job and material updates to customers and project managers.
  • Authorize daily charge slips and employee timecards.
  • Be available for after-hours calls as necessary.

  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
