We are seeking skilled flooring specialists to join our team. Once engaged, specialists will be contacted for work orders in proximity to their location, allowing for prompt and efficient service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, repair, and replacement of various flooring materials including tiles, hardwood, and vinyl.
  • Remove existing flooring and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize protective gear while working on floors, subfloors, and structural components.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in flooring repair and installation.
  • Proficient knowledge of various flooring materials and installation methods, with a specialization in flooring.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Physical endurance to handle manual labor effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Capability to provide estimates for project bids.

Compensation Structure:

  • Payments are made bi-weekly.
